About
I work where the pieces connect.
I started in the part of digital work people can see: websites. Over time, the work kept pulling me deeper. A form problem became a CRM problem. A traffic question became an attribution problem. A slow site became an infrastructure problem. An SEO project became a content and entity problem. And increasingly, repetitive digital work became an AI and automation problem.
That progression shaped how I work today. I don't see development, marketing, analytics, infrastructure and automation as separate boxes. They are connected parts of the same system, and the quality of the connections usually determines whether the whole thing works.
Today my work spans web technology, digital strategy, search, analytics, automation, AI-assisted development, infrastructure and media. I'm comfortable moving between planning and implementation, and I tend to be most valuable on projects where the answer doesn't fit neatly inside one department.
I care about building things that are understandable, measurable, maintainable and useful. The goal isn't to add technology. It's to make the system work better.
How I work
- 01 Understand the business objective and the user problem.
- 02 Inspect the existing system rather than assuming the visible symptom is the root cause.
- 03 Map the technology, data, people, and dependencies involved.
- 04 Choose a practical architecture that can scale without unnecessary complexity.
- 05 Build or coordinate the implementation.
- 06 Instrument the experience so results can be measured.
- 07 Observe real behavior, troubleshoot, and iterate.
- 08 Automate repetitive work when the process is stable enough to deserve it.
The website is not the product. The website, tracking, content, infrastructure, automation, media and downstream systems are parts of one digital operating system.
